Adding Tracking Script or code to the website

Adding Tracking Script or other code to your website needs to be done by our support team. To add this code to your website, we will need you to send the code to us as an external file (.txt or word document) and we need placement instructions if applicable. If you send the code in an email and it is not attached as an external file, the code may be changed in transit or by your email provider as the email program will try to read and display your code in the email body.

Adding a video

To add a video from to your website, you will need to send the video to our customer support team. If the video is already on a hosting service such as YouTube or Vimeo, please send us the link.

If you have the video file, you can either add it to your company’s YouTube or Vimeo account, or we can add it as an unlisted video onto our YouTube account for you.

To send the video file to us, we recommend sending the video file through the free version of wetransfer.com or uploading the video to a file hosting service such as dropbox or Google Drive and sending us the link.

Please be sure to include instructions as to where you would like your video placed.
