If you have the login information to access your domain then please do not hesitate to call and provide this to Officite and we can initiate the domain transfer process for you. If your domains are not transferred to Officite, we are not able to pay renewal fees for your domains.

Important - Please Note: Do you have domain name based email?
A domain name based email is an email address that ends in your domain or website address. For example if your domain name is officite.com then a domain name based email could be [email protected] or [email protected]. If you have domain name based email please make sure to back up your email before transferring it to Officite. Otherwise you run the risk of losing your past emails. If you do not have domain name based emails then there is no need to back up your email.

General Domain Transfer

- Contact your current website designer or host.
- Let them know you would like to transfer your domain name but do not cancel your website services yet.
- They must unlock the domain name and remove any privacy settings.
- The registrant needs to approve the transfer.
- They will provide you with an EPP/authorization transfer code. This code looks like a string of letters, numbers and/or special characters. Please email us at [email protected] with this code so we can begin the transfer.
- Once the domain transfer is complete we will follow up with you and get your approval to set the website live!
We advise continuing to pay for your current service until your Officite website goes live. Once your Officite website goes live then cancel services with your past host. This will keep your current website live until your new Officite website is ready.

Please follow the steps below to transfer your domain name (e.g. website address) from Eyefinity to Officite.
- Contact EyeFinity at (877) 448-0707 to cancel your current web service ($50 fee required).
- Once the $50 fee is paid, they need to transfer the domain from their GoDaddy account into Officite's GoDaddy Account.
- To do this, provide Eyefinity with Officite's GoDaddy account information:

- Contact your current website designer or host.
- Let them know you would like transfer the domain name from their GoDaddy or Wild West Domains account to Officite.
- To do this, request an authorization code. Also, they must unlock the domain name and remove any privacy settings.
- They will be emailing you an authorization code. Once you have the code, please forward it to [email protected] and we will be following up once it has been received.
